Yeah that's kinda what i'm getting at, it's nto about lack of activities or lack of things to do, just that everything is so damn boring.

It's not really depression, not lazyness, just deep rppted boredom of everything.

Though today i sat on a rock for two hours by myself, doing nothing, which was nice :p

Seriously, you are. You're thinking i'm just sitting here and sighing, not trying to find a job and feel sorry for myself? You're 100% wrong.

And since you keep coming to every thread with same bull, you are 100% trolling.

This from a "so called" chef, who probably lives at home and works at his dads burger joint without no real life experience or experience from unemployment.

Yeij, you got a job, good for you *pats head* want a cookie? But there's a reason why there's so many unemployed out there, they didn't.

I'ev spoken to my dad once since Novemember. I moved out at 18, i'm now (best part of) 23. Since i was 16 i have been out of work for 3 months (not including when i was at uni before i got my current job), and done about 12-13 different jobs. I've worked in lots of different types of job. I've sat in a cushy office doing fuck all earning loads more than I should and i've cleaned toilets and peoples sick for minimum wage.

So fuck you. Stop being a lazy ****, and get a job rather than look for one.

Yeah, you really know how the world works *claps* Walk over to the place of business with a gun and say "Job or die!" hmm?

Come back when you can't get a job, know what real unemployment is and you'll actually know something.

Or better yet, come back when you've got more work experience under your belt then me. When i was 23, i had zero days on dole under my belt you freeloader and i moved out at 16 :p

Theres a difference between getting a job and a career job.

Toht, im assuming you want a career job, and yes it is alot harder to find one of these. Im sure you could walk into mc donalds today and be working there in 2 weeks.

You seem to be missing the point. There are always jobs out there, and if it is just boredem that you are fighting, why not go and get a bar job so you can get out and meet some new people and get some beer money or something? Just because you can't find a career furthering job does not mean that there are no jobs in the world.

I'd prefer a career job, games etc, ofcourse, but i'm below no job out there. If i could get a job working in the sewers, i would. If i could get a job at McD, i would do that too.

Thats your problem, you think because you've got a job, that EVERYONE can get a job. Different CV, different skills, different possibilities etc etc. There are not "always jobs out there", look at the freakin unemployment records you numpty.

I never ever EVER claimed i was above jobs that aren't in my career.

no, its just tohtori gets on my nerves with his woe is me attitude all the time when it comes to stuff like this

You're the one making it a "woe is me" attitude, because you're so high and mighty of your job. This thread was, simple as this;

Boredom, any ideas?

You took it as;

I'm so depressed that i'm out of a job, please help little me.

Your problem, not mine.

Or show me, i dare you, show me where i've complained about my situation in LIFE. I'm bored, sure, but that's hardly a "woe is me" post.

Bugz, i just wanted to point out the snotnose that when i was his age, i wasn't freeloading like him :p

You applied there then? ;p

MacD? Yeap. Also applied to two other butger chains, not a month ago, no openings as it's summertime and they'd rather give the positions to students(more or less).

Also helps if there's a youthful guy behind the counter and not me :p

I just really dislike people like that, thinking that if you're unemployed, you're lazy, whining and that there's always a job out there that ANYONE can get.

Not to mention...i don't think i've ever complained about not finding a job :eek7:

All i've stated here in recent times is that i'm a tad bored and if anyone has some ways to make extra cash.

If someone takes out of that that i'm unhappy with my life and that i'm complaining about the job situation, you reaslly shouldn't be ahywhere near logical things :p

Jesus christ this is weird. It's as if tohtori, you think it impossible to find any form of job because of what it says on your CV. How about this, you apply for a job, that might not be a career job, but is something you'd like to do, listing RELEVANT experience, rather than listing all the jobs that would show them that you are over-qaulified?

It ain't rocket sceince pal.

edit - although no doubt you've been a rocket scientist at some point, so it won't matter anyway.

Actually i was even more bored in my last job, but grit my teeth on it until it started affecting my outside life.

It is weird that you'd post all that, when it's nothing i think or even have suggested.

I've listed myself and my talents on several job finding agencies, have sent relevant job applications by-monthly to career jobs and have even thrown my6 application to some jobs i wouldn't like, but still were open. I don't need to like a job to do it, like i said, i'll do anything.

Now could you get it in your 23 year(best part) brain that it's not always 1+1=job out there. You'll learn that one day.

Nice to see you can't prove anything you claim though. Only thing you seem to be able to do is doubt and claim things that aren't true, since you've been shown that you're not even that special.

Hell, you make Bugz look like a level headed youngster.

There are 1.48 million people on job seekers allowance on the UK, there are around 500,000 available jobs. There is no way that less than 1m of those people on job seekers are the people that can't really be bothered to work and just sit around on benefits doing fuck all.

There are always jobs.

Get some friends.

No, not the "friends" you talk to on msn who youve never even met, but proper friends, the kind who you can do stuff with.

Yes there are always jobs, but there's not jobs for everyone. Different f*cking thing altogether.

Not to mention, if you're telling me to just take a job, how about you figure out the situation in Finland you numpty.

I've looked at EVERY SINGLE job opening that has been reported in the "open jobs" listing in my area, there's not one that i haven't applied to or don't have the required training/experience/requirements for. Not one.

When i tell you that there's no jobs out there for me, there are none.

I rarely wish harm on people, but gods i'm starting to wish you'll fall into a long term unemployment some day, just to shut those delusions.

In fairness, if I tried that, my CV would be empty. All I have for the last 11 years is IT support.

If I went for a Maccie D's job, my relevant experience would be "Being able to talk and add up".

Although, that might be all you need for MaccieD.

It's true. You don't need any experience for a Mac D's job so don't list any! If they ask you'd just say, i'm looking for a job, i beleive you offer full training?

You can only work there if you have a degree, I think they prefer arts degrees.

Don't you get seriously greasy skin & blocked pores working there? You end up going home smelling of chicken nuggets

And even if you're the perfect little burger flipper, there ain't always jobs to be filled, or they hire someone else more suited for it.

But i'm not gonna argue about it with aoami, who obviously has no place to talk about things he doesn't know (oh look, what he's told me on occasion :p)

not being funny but ever since ive been on these forums i've never known you to be working unless trolling is a full time job these days, seriously im gonna start calling you frank gallagher

aoami is a student scummer and therefore has every excuse to not work, but still does and since i've known him always has (tho didn't your pub job last all of 1 morning? :p)

i dunno what you're finding hard about what he's saying really, if you're bored get a job even if it's not a career, thiers never no jobs, just jobs your unwilling to do, you need to either make yourself more desirable to employers or get a reality check and suck it up in some manual labour/cleaning job

i love how people 5-10 years your junior have a much better grasp on the basic facts of life
