re installing XP

anyone know whats the best and quickest way to make a Install disc with all the patches and service packs but minus the junk?

its been a while since ive dones a fresh install and last time took a while from what i remember

I do like and use Nlite and i think its brillant. But i would also say take a look at RyanVM Intregator very usefull as you can grab the latest updates from this site and also grab update packs to bring an older XP cd up to date.
