I played this a little over the weekend. Have just planted the explosives within the sub and am trying to get back off it again. I decided if I was going to do the sp mode, it may as well be on the hardest setting ........ so some levels can be a little challenging 
Anyone spent long enough playing to complete it on the highest setting yet?
I had a go online yesterday and wow, it's LOADS of fun imo. Can get a little 'CS campy' on some maps, but spose I'm just not used to that, being a q3'er. I've played a little CS and have to say, if you like CS but are a little bored with it, give this a go, it seems similar in many ways. Personally am hoping some of the other modes on play will make for more team orientated, faster action than the campy type stuff I played in last night.
Now to find a list of commands and variables so I can satisy my need to config tweak things silly ....
/edit - Oh yeah, I've been getting the crashes with my gf4 too. They don't seem to repeat at certain points so much, but I do get random, unexplained crashes back to desktop
