no im saying it stupid if somthing needs to be changed in order for them to do a job jsut so the company isnt seen as discriminating, if some1 overcomes thier disability then good for them but i don't see why companies, who are thier to make money not supply jobs, should be forced to employ some1 unsuitable for the role

If you honestly think companies are forces to employ disabled people, you have obviously not read the DDA, nor do you live in the real world.
