Since archery is now magic based, are rangers considered as "casters" as far as Artefacts are concerned ? For instance, could rangers use Cloudsong ?

in anutshell yes, all casting stats now affect rangers, damage, speed, range etc :)

Casters with stealth.. like an assassin caster, would be a cool idea... not very mutch archers anymore dough.

Hmm, assassin casters.. that would be NS's when thinking about it, bit poor casters but anyway.

But rangers can still only activate archer artifacts, you cannot always activate all artifacts but in theory it would be possible to run about in caster artifacts :)

Aka, archers could get AT and get the resist pierce and it would actually work! (right? ^^)
