I went to a test drive I had booked a week ago. I was supposed to get a phone call to confirm but by this morning I had not had it. So I called in and to ask about and without asking my name the car I wanted to drive or the time the guy just said "yeah its all booked see you when you get here". 5 minutes early I arrive and walk past all the dealer demonstrators and notice the car I wanted to try (Ford Fiesta 1.0 EcoBoost) was not there. I go inside to see just one sales person there talking to an old couple. So I busy myself looking at other cars. 12.30 arrives and passes. At 12.50 The Fiesta shows up but then leaves again with some guy who had been waiting outside. Sales person finally loses old couple before he makes it to me this guy who has just walked in says "I have just been given my disability car choices and I want a Kuga" The sales persons eyes lit up and he fucked off with this guy who did not look even a little disabled (but I know it is hard to judge these things). At 13.10 the fiesta is not back I have still not spoken to a single member of staff so it was time to leave.

So shit service and another person picking a £20k plus disability car both of which really piss me off.

It depends, this employer didn't want to hire full time so the contract just ends. Deadline contract 12 month thing.
