The spell lines from all the classes will be the same, with the exception of priests and racial spells ( but they only have different spells )

And the shaman and palladin , because there is no shaman in the alliance and no palladin in the horde ;)

There are no realmranks implemented, but Blizzard is working on some "honour" system , we'll just have to wait and see about that

All classes and spec lines are identical with the exception of Alliance getting the Paladin class and Horde gets the Shaman class. The main difference are the racial traits - much is made of Undead having resists to fear and mezz, but the human trait of a bonus to uncover stealthers is not to be sneezed at.

A system of rewards for PvP is being implemented soon but we don't know much about it. Hopefully they will resist the temptation to give extra skills and powers to people who PvP a lot - because, as has been seen in other games, it just creates a power gap between those who can make a job out of playing a game and those that play a game for a break from their jobs. In any event killing another player should be a lot of fun, and fun is a reward in itself.

You cant think of it in Daoc terms of spells. You can get every spell/ability maxed on your character with enough money, so there arent specs like that. The thing that bears the closest comparison to Daoc speccing are
talents

quickest answer:

1: yes
2: yes

:D

1 thing tho, the realm ranks will be called military ranks, and I'm not 100% certain you get anything like realm skill points to train in various extra features.
