Ignore the whiners, no one can deny that a high RR difference does affect a duel. But like people have said this is all fun and thats all people should have gained from it.

Just one bit of feedback, can the announcements be taken off of /AS and placed in a CG next time please? It was a little distracting getting messages which affected a small group of peeps on the alliance chat.
And what about those people duelling on the other alliances - did they get messages too?

i hear ya m8 but it would have been impossible to have contacted everyone to get them into a cg, i used /as mostly to find out whether duelists were logged on or on alts and in some cases people were able to contact the duelist irl and get him to log in, which helped loads

also its time to chill /as and use it for it was for, and that is to communicate info to as many people as poss, if u dont like the spam turn it off m8

how about this /as is used for

RVR info
Merchant sales
Item trading

no chat or convo just one line statements prefixed appropriately:

or /as TRADING:wtb yada yaday
or /as SC: 1003 now available for orders

heh the original draws were big....but ummm guess wot...after 3 weeks of asking not enough people put their name down so they had to be rounded down

work it out....if u get 32 people and 5 more want in...u gotta get another 27....coz its a knockout tourney. its either 8 peeps, 16 ,32 etc u get the idea and yes nova m8 i woulda preffered it to last a while also but i doubled it up over the weekend coz people where there and they had waited patiently for their next fight, made no sense to say come back next weeked for 2 more fights

next time when we fill out all the tourneys, it will have to be spread over 2weeks at least

also filling the 32 spots for the tank tourney was easy, which tells me...a) the other classes dont wanna duel b) not enuff people read bw c)no one took the tourno that seriously

la didnt win the bards...(saadyst was in that)...they didnt win the wardens (thana).... they didnt win the eldys (domain)... etc

tourney had to have structure, just throwing all these people into a random tank draw regardless of RRs bah? do u think it wouldve created the close fights we had in the final stages? nope, do people wanna see "best v best"? prolly i dunno.

Not necessarily Deygos,

U seed the top say, 30 players as best u can. The remaining 2 places in the main draw then become 'wild card' entries. The others who didn't make the top 30 then hold a mini qualifying round for those spots. Just a thought.

Btw, grats to all those who won, and commiserations to all the 'coulda, shoulda, woulda's' out there

first of all thanks to deygos for setting this turney up,
was great funn and hope to try it out again at a later time hopfully even bigger next time

and thanks to all i fought was sum real good fights especialy corialus who i had the longest duel ever, lasted 14 mins

hmm when talking about us all like that i think you are the 12 year old. realy i dont think i am above anyone and nor dos my guild m8's but we do have a strong dedication twords rvr where we know how to play and how to make good grps wich often results in fast rp.

hmm i dont think i have ever ben arrogant twords any lowbie i always help where i can and dayly get loads of msg's from ppl of different lvls asking for advise and have no problem using time on them sum times i even help em go througe different spec using catacombs maybe caus i always have /advisor on.

hmm ok so caus most of us are high rr's there is no way we can have a rl hmm well i sure do i am rr7l8 and i am a full time student, i have a gf and i go out and have funn like every other normal man out there.

btw, im a junior it tech part time and at university fulltime and i also hold a fulltime job

still got time for playing tho.

carn, i think ppl being higher RR lets them know rvr strategy and what to do and when to do it better.

obviously it cant be an accurate guage as people swap accounts, reroll etc, but its what we have and it works often.
