can i buy the US version of WoW from a 'reliable online store' in the UK? and a 60day prepaid game card to go with it?
or should i just stick to buying it at Amazon.com and if so do they sell prepaid game cards? i couldn't seem to find one on there i can't believe Amazon would have no pre-paid game cards

the pre-paid game cards only just came out this week.... from the 30th afaik.
I was in the states last week, bought 2 copies from EBGames..... used a valid US address with a UK VISA and i'm well away.

If you buy the game cards does it mean you wont need to have a U.S billing address because you are not paying by credit card?Or there is some register system online that identify where the user is from?.My bro is going to bring a copy from the U.S and i was wondering if this was possible.

You can get a copy here , though they seem to have sold out atm. Then just use a US / Australian address (i heard its easier to use Aus) and find a Game Card, cos when they come to bill your visa or whatever theyll find out and presumably ban you. Ive heard theyve started charging small amounts to check visas etc but thats probably someone just spreading rumours atm.

Does anyone here live in the US and have access to game cards? If you can sell me one i'd appreciate it (dont wanna wait a week for an import.. only need the code anyway).

o well thks for the help but my american friend is up for the deal again lol so i'll be playing it today sometime if the rumours i heard were true that i can use OB with the cd-key until he ships me the CD itself.

Can I suggest you try www.gamersloot.net they seem pretty good, and can provide accss to the open beta client to download. OFC you will need a decent internet connection

The prices i have just seen on that site and on Ebay.co.uk r criminal i saw £40 with 2 days bidding to go on ebay ~~ so crazy. Some idiot will end up with the winning bet of £70 one word to describe them 'muppets'
