Nah they dont need to be at the spot i just want em to log the char on when the lo2 has ended to confirm that they got the alt by the name and lvl which they told me

so... r u agree that the raid leader claimed a bow not beeing a hunter and now it's under trade forum?

and Sofus, svartmetall meant that if u wanted to claim a certain item then u had to declare before the raid: if ITEM1 will be dropped i take an ownedship on it, otherwise i take part in lotto among other 74 ppl.

And u had just claimed the most expansive and tradable item on ur opinion. I dont feel that it's fair enuf cos u were following ur greed and not ur need.

Correct me plz if im wrong.

Edit: " if any item from ITEMSET will be dropped i take an ownedship on 1 of them" is still fair enuf if ITEMSET contans only a few items.

agreed - preclaiming IF they drop is a nice reward for raids that go nice and smooth - just claiming after knowing what has dropped is however bad bad bad ( imo )

For the 3rd time it was Akymas raid... she didnt show up... me and Julle decided to take over as leaders in return that we could pick any item we might want after the raid as reward for being raid leaders.... We will nominate item(s) before raid at our own raids matey and dont just take such as bows which none of us really need.....

And as i sad we will at raid start nominate a maximum of 4 items and if any of them drop we will pick 1 of them claim it and then do the lo2.... if more than 1 of them drop we will still only take 1 claim it and do lo2.... if none of the items droped as nominated we will just atend in lo2 as normal ppls on the raid... and we wont nominate items that arent useable to us or our alts... there is no difference really from our "claming" rules compared to other TG raid leaders claming rules....

I know other ppl that takes over a raid when raidleader couldnt be there just to be nice, but i guess that falls under ur "damn ur so strange Iri, making raid just to have fun and help ppl"-category, iow ur a nutcase if u do something to be nice without being 100% sure ull gain something on it.

Just above 1 hour left til ur raid begins, still not a word on BW what items u gonna claim, why should ppl leave their grps and travel to Hagall if they have no idea if u gonna take the item they really need?

And one more thing, this greed is sick. Ok if a good raidleader do a lot of nice and succesful raids for the realm, and if he really needs an item, say every 5 or 10th raid he could prenominate the ITEM (not lots of items to be sure to get something) he needs and hope it drops. Has it gone so far that its impossible to do a raid for the joy of getting a lot of ppl work together, see if u can handle the tough mobs and in the end enjoy an exiting lotto on the same terms as everybody else???

(yeye go ahed and call me roleplayer and yell at me coz i "flame" u, btw i could dig out the screenis where u tell me that leading a raid is a waste of time and that ppl are such idiots...)

actually i agree with Iri especially because i've lost in lotto a 1st dropped Steinvor's Frenzied Axe and i realy needed it. It happened on the 15th-20th TG raid led by me and i havent claimed a single item.
By in another hand, no1 can force other ppl to follow a specific rule.

Let me call a TG raid on which all the drops go to raid leader's ownedship. Im suure that no1 will join it but plenty of ppl will whine about what the stupid raid leader i am.

Listen Iri its ok that you got other "claim item" politics than us but we are a bit fed up reading about how much you hate it all the time and some not very nice imo replys to what we say...

A final thought: As a good leader, in a game or in real life, u are there to serve the ppl, not the other way around. To be respected and earn ppls trust u have to work for them not for ur own greed and if u are trying to lead a grp u should be doing it because u enjoy it and want the ppl u lead to be happy and have a good time as first priority!

I see your point but we are not working of our own greed as you call it. I used to play alb and there aswell the raid leader got some benifits and ive seen other TG raid leaders perhpas not you but others that take items aswell if they drop ofc. We will do so aswell nominate some items, and as i said i will post here atleast 1 day before raid which items it is.

No - when you're good enough leader, people may even suggest that you pre-claim an item, just so you'll do another raid that they can attend to.

Being a good leader is not something you are from scratch - you have to earn it by good actions and in this case having lead several fun, fast raids. ( something that more raids would be if people could stop being ego-centric for a few hours during the raids ).

Let's see how it works out for you guys - we won't know until then anyway.
