Right. I set up the wireless router for my mate, and his desktop PC and lappy work perfectly on it.

He has a USB printer connected to the desktop. The desktop is connected via ethernet cable to the wireless router. The lappy is wireless.

The desktop runs Windows XP. The lappy runs Vista.

How do I get the laptop to print on the printer wirelessly?

Share the printer in the desktop control panel, then map to the shared printer from the lappy...

Indeed. Do what Jup said.

Goto Printers and Faxes or whatever it's called, right click on the printer and choose "Share". Then from the laptop browse the network to the computer, select the printer and choose Install Printer or something similar. Blam.
