dunno were you got this, a skilled migrant IE somone who has somthing like a degree or a trade will pay about 5000-6000 australian dollars or less, thats about 2 to 2 and a half thousend pounds.

when i went for my defacto spouse visa in australia when i was engaged to a girl who moved there it cost me just under 3000 australian as i recall
