He changed his vote before you even indicated it was possible. Sorry but this is a classic vote-rigging if you allow a change after a week. The count up should have been done days ago when the thread went inactive, VDS lead at that point.

It wasn't after a week. I set the deadline for the friday, he changed his vote. I never said you could not change your vote, he changed his vote before the deadline. I#ll say again it is the player voted for by the majority, so obviously not everyone will agree, but the majority will.
