my gawd, bendter finally scored, mebbe he'll start to put away all the chances he gets.

I like Wegner and his young gun policy. But i seriously can't see why he keeps playing Bendtner. One of the most shit strikers I've seen in any top team :(

First off, yes im a dane.

Bendtner just turned 21. There aren't that many top strikers at that age. You're favorite Zlatan didn't even play at that level, when he was at that age.

With that said, yes he does need some time. There are players out there that are better suited for arsenal right now, but i'm sure he'll be a very good player in the future. A new loan to a PL club would be ideal for him, however he's in the hands of wenger atm, so it's hard to judge.

RVP, Eduardo and Ade are all better than bendtner, but they're also quite a few years older (and injured quite alot).

His finishing needs work, but other then that his positioning and runs and effort is top notch.

My favorite is Torres! And at 20 he was captain in La Liga! :p

But Zlatan surely played at top level at age 20? Back then the dutch league was decent aswell :p

Eduardo and the Tongonator are injured so is Theo that leaves Vela and Bendtner and Vela has even less experiance that being said i would probably give Vela abit more of a chance.

Yeah pulled up he locked his knee
Wenger said:
"The scan results were reassuring,"

"Theo still has a swollen knee. The news is there does not seem to be any cartilage or cruciate damage."

Good news is Togonator Cesc and Eduardo will all be fit after the International break Roisky a week later.

ref seems rather biased in this match, but villa dont have a defense so no wonder being smashed.... though why the hell is it a carew/heskey front line? just 2 big men that not given you many options :s

Heskey and Ashley Young are rotating position. Wouldn't be surprised to see Gabby on for the second half.

We are playing far too open, should have been a 4-5-1 and hit them on the break. MON has made some very strange decisions these last few weeks. Still a great manager but he needs to cut out those herbal ciggies :p

We're never 3 goals worse than that Liverpool team. First goal came from a dodgy freekick taken 10 yards from where the "offence" happened, and there was no way that should have been a penalty. Second goal was just plain shit defending from a Stoke-esque 'move'.

Carew looks very sharp, can see us getting one or two but we could well concede more pushing forward.

Oh well, at least its only Man United next week :(

i rather have anderson in the team then scholes to be honest... Rooney replacable by tevez and Evans should be able to do the vidic task decently.

think they all unavailable for the game, but i still think that man utd playstyle will help aston villa out and give them a chance.

OT will be villa's last chance to make a push for 4th so they will be fired up as anything

Fucking abysmal. Roll on Platini and his changes to the Champion's league, give some of the rest of us a chance to break into the big time.

Another sixth place finish for us this season I think, but it still feels like a kick in the bollocks.

Credit to the people like turamber that stick their heads out at the good and bad times
