Ppl getting banned for "foul" language now??

You don't get banned for just swearing and you cant pre-emptively \ignore someone.

Basically you want to be able to gob off at someone without consequences.

I CHOOSE not to use /filter and /ignore because I am big enough and old enough not to be offended by 12yr old chavs, yet I also have the right not to be abused in game or put up with idiots swearing because it makes them feel older than the 12yrs old that they actually are.

You CHOOSE to agree to the CoC when you play the game and part of that stipulates you don't run around being offensive and abusive to others - so I suggest you CHOOSE not to be abusive and then CHOOSE not to moan if ya get banned.

its me who reported abusive language to GOA (ill post screenshots tommorow)

we where running GG of 5 ppl
at some point i got first pmed from Peavz: u stupid adder ... f**k off etc...
i just replied: lol

than we died and when we released he was waiting near bindstone and he started strong abusing (in main chat) about our guild was present: like i hope u die irl and some more strong words ofc to me most off all (at first that was a laugh .. oh look some1 died in pvp) but than it got worse and more abusive.

When i told him thats saying this (ie. die irl) is not nice as i lost already 2 friends of mine irl (one of them is Isgaroth some of u probably know) and thats not a thing to say to anyone irl he said i dont care i hope u die etc etc etc... so i get really pissed
when i asked who is he, he said i wont tell or osmething like this and than i siad im gonna report this and he said i dont care its not my account... u can ban it if u want

moral of this: dont lend ur acount to ppl who can use it to bad purpose

Tbh whoever uses abusive language should be reported idc for what reason it is. Its not my duty to filter its their duty to behave.

Some weeks ago a friend of mine received abusive tells for the second time, i asked the person sendfing the tell why he/she did it. i got a fuck off as reply. i asked my friends screenies and i sended hers and mine to goa. cant say im online 24/7 but i havent seen those ppl for some while now.

Were all ppl here, and we should all respect eachother.

I'm not sure whether it's reading or comprehension where the difficulty is here. I'm not offended by swearing. I swear more than that **** Evzy (though I won't use it in front of people who are offended, because I'm considerate like that). Infact you won't be banned for swearing. But I don't want to listen to you throwing a tantrum in my direction because you got upset about me playing a computer game a certain way. And /ignore only works after you've already done it. So I'd rather just report it so that you learn the link between actions and consequences. Basically nobody has to put up with your inability to control your mouth.

To demonstrate how things work, here's a little experiment for you to try. Go down the pub tonight and pick some random bloke stood at the bar. Go up to him and start yelling at him that he's a "retard" for drinking with his right hand and that righthanders like him (because we all know k00l kidz drink with their left hand) should f*ck off to some other pub. See if he just /ignores you. I'll take a little bet that how you act will have certain consequences.

Think somewhere you missed about 2 pages where its been said that swearing amongst ya mates isnt an issue , but abusing someone for adding or for whatever reason - isnt acceptable.. I openly admit I swear - but as I have said...in this thread.... there is a time and place for it..
