I like Windows 7 and i have it swapping wallpapers though a directory but this was a personal favorite.

Was sick and tired of the standard xp theme on the laptop my mother in law is borrowing me, so I tweaked it to look like windows 7, switched the taskbar to the top and installed RocketDock
