Hi all,
I have rescently started doing training again and i think i may have gone a bit overboard and damaged something.
I was stretching and when i tried to stand up my legs felt wobbly
My hip? just seems very unstable as if it cant hold the weight sometimes when i am walking/running, i feel the muscle above my knee working (tenses and feels "heavy") sometimes when i am walking/running
I have booked an appointment with the doctor for next week but i dont like going in and wasting their time, should i be concerned about this? or is this a common thing when you start up high intensity training again
