Portable phone speakers

Looking to get some "on-the-go" external speakers for the phone

Seen these

Anyone tried these? Or got a recommendation for something similar?

I have a friend who has something very like that (or that, I wasn't paying attention). The sound quality is what you expect from such a thing, but way better than laptop speakers generally speaking.

i have one of the x-mini portable speakers for using at work and its pretty damn good for all the size that is is.

Those speakers borked a load of phones at the last party I was at (phone became unresponsive and had to be disconnected before changing tracks manually). I'd personally get the little jambox... sounds great for such a small device.

A bus?! Good Lord, no. I don't do buses. Not any more, Not since the conductors stopped allowing you to give the horses an apple.

Works over Bluetooth and Line in (3.5mm Jack). So connects to any Laptop easily for movie watching and to my crackberry for the calls.

I have one of these for travelling and it sounds pretty good for 20 quid. Just uses a 3.5mm jack so fail to see how it can Bork a phone?
