Isn't ME the "yuppie Disease" where people can't be arsed to get out of bed? If it is, I think I have it. Although 20+ cans of beer I had at the Dubai Rugby 7's probably have not helped my condition at all.
OD, my Mother In Law has Crohn's. She's 68 and a complete cow so there's something to aim for!
Seriously, best of luck with the treatments I know it can be very painful.
