Mythic are balancing this game now due to bots/buffs which hurts those who don't not or cannot run two accounts. Look at the list of classes those nerfs have effected from bards to friars ... all due to the bot imo.

Yes, I use it primarily in PvE and dont care if i cant use it in RvR
