Heh I seem to be the only player left without a buffbot... and it'll stay that way, even if I have to quit in the end. As for people complaining about mid buffs... cry more, midgard is the most overpowered realm in 8v8 groups, nothing in hibernia can compete with them, and barely anything in albion. You don't need any more help.

Had enough of PvE in this game, sick of master levels and mobfarming. My buffbot is parked at mtk Emain, and will always be unless my group decides to take an Odin's run.

Buff bots would still be used for PvE a lot if they removed range....
With the new battle group setup, I imagine people would start running 2 fg, with buff bot in each group, just to get the buffs. They'd then be stuck on a pbaoe caster or somesort, so they didnt get ganked.

I wouldn't have a problem with them reworking end regen, conc based end regen is a blessing in PvE and a hinderance in RvR. Make it a chant for all realms and give it to one of the defensive tanks.

High enhance clerics are actually alot better then many would think, and are not an unplayable spec, I quite enjoy playing my buff bot as a main occasionally just for a change, quite a tough little cookie even in gimped items, and with the top DPS buff hits as harder as many other one hand tanks, its just the low weaponskill makes them alot more liable to missing.

I haven't got one and I'm a gimpy shar piercemaster... but I won't be getting one anyway, spending £12+ on a game per month is taking the piss a bit.

Right here goes, with the addition of frontiers coming soon and the buff shearing spells, believe it or not its a semi nerf for buffbots.

They have removed MotA and added a way to remove high level buffs now, also with Mastery of focus its possible to spec low enhance for the classes with buff shearing and allow for easier removal of buffs.

Mythic are sorta doing something right for buffbots being used in RvR now, albeit subtle its there it seems.

Hate to be hard nosed about it but, unlucky for some who have a buffbot but wake up and smell the coffee, your buffbot will be pretty useless in RvR soonish.

Also with +buff effectiveness from ToA, its possible for a normal Cleric/shaman/druid to have buffs that will match a buffbots buffs easily soon.

I think buffbots killed the game as it stands today.

the left axe+end nerf due to botting blades
the dodger nerf and dragon fang nerfs (to come in frontiers and 1.69 respectivley) are mainly down to botting infils/assasins.

Mythic are balancing this game now due to bots/buffs which hurts those who don't not or cannot run two accounts. Look at the list of classes those nerfs have effected from bards to friars ... all due to the bot imo.

Id stay as I am, I have a BB, well 2 if you count PAC healer as a bot for casters lol.

I cant see a range nerf incoming somehow as many people do actually play their healing classes as their main chars, not just a BB. Putting range on to them will probably mean having to recast or have them as a pulse each time the player drops out of range. Perhaps the pulse buff theory is the only way to go?

I do agree it would make the playing field a lot better, but I still prefer the idea of spreading the buffs around a little, at present Shaman have every buff going, str, con, dex, qui, dmg sheild, dmg add and so on, im surprised ppl dont cry nerf more tbh.

But each expansion so far has raised the bar on stats, SI with SCing, TOA with +stats and +caps, what about catacombes? +God mode perhaps?
