Which means it will take 8.5 days to download on my connection.

Planetside is fun if you don't play it too much, when I actually have time for it (ehehehe) I love playing with my uber l33t guild. Killing DIllinja is so easy too.

A lot of guildies tried lineage 2 only 2 of them still play it the rest said it was utter crap. To me WoW looks a bit childish though i will have to wait and see, gameplay >> graphics. Elite 4 is coming out within the next year so would like to give that a go, the first Elite was so far ahead of its time.

It's really hard to say if L2 is crap yet or not. It's like saying DAoC was crap before we got RAs or even before lvl 35
There are alot of things wrong with it, but then there are alot of really nice things about it and alot of things that are promised that sound great.

elite 3 was called 1st encounters or something and sank without a trace, elite 2 was bugged to hell and pretty much unplayable :/ hopefully with todays test standards elite 4 will be worth it

Elite 3 sank as it was even more bugged than elite 2 (though i don't remember elite 2 being that bugged). It wasn't even properly finished as there was supposed to be a story line running along in the background, but if you tried to follow it it just sort of died off without reaching any sort of conclusion.
I quite enjoyed all the elites however and I'm looking forwards to elite 4. (and hoping it's more like the original elite than the previous two ill fated sequels)

PvP in its current state is purely for class balance testing and will undergo lots of changes. They are planning BG/frontier like zones (RvR as you want to call it) and there will be arena's.
