Poll - Name one thing to improve RvR

No flames please, just state in a max of 2 sentences what you think should be changed/added/removed to make RvR more fun for everyone.

1. Nerf savages (specify short in what way)
2. Remove aoe CC (specify what types: mez/stun/root/insta/disease)
3. Change determination (give to all or remove from all)
4. Put a range on all buffs to eliminate buffbots
5. Nerf bonedancers
6. Other...

Try to see it from a objective perspective. We all play this game for fun.

fix the interrupt system - not remove it, just change it so only the spell you're casting gets interrupted, and secondly change the chance to be interrupted to make it dependent on the damage dealt possibly modified by caster/healers RR (eg. 500 damage on RR5 caster = 90% chance to interrupt, 100 damage on RR5 caster = 50% chance to interrupt, 100 damage on RR1 caster = 75% chance to interrupt)

6. From a stealthers point of view, make all stealth classes have the same stealth. None of this Camo and See Hidden stuff. (subject to how someone spec's in stealth obviously)

and apart from what u all said, make more rvr zones, emain is just too small. Make keeps bigger( if someone knows about the undead castle near avalon city ...like that, yes) not the small shit keeps we have now. That does not look like a real castle and is unrealistic.

w/o cc it will be "who got bigger zerg" game, so be reasonable

You still have single CC will be a bit more challenging :), but if those insta ae mezz/stun I will be satisfied, although I pick my fights usually. Advantage of stealth :)

remove all forms of mezz/stun and increase caster dmg to tanks using the same dmg level as a tank does to a caster. Yes many tanks would get raped from distance but maybe then someone might think about mad skillz n taktics to get to the casters, ambushes, hiding properly etc.not just sprint thru the enemy tanks to casters then style spamming.

well savages are being balanced we have seen that with current patches, so if the class is no longer outstanding and just good and all realms have at least 1 good tank then middy should get a decent group RA, or do you just wanna take take take and not actually look for balance.

1 - Remove Realm Abilities the way they are now and dream up a better system.

2 - Cap all resists at 25% whether sced/buffed whatever

3 - Make mez reliant on the mezzer staying alive.

4 - Remove stealth from minstrels and give bards better melee

5 - Make 2H slot also accept shields :)

Solo RvR hunting ground where grouping and buffs on other people are disabled (i.e buff classes can only buff themselves, not others).
Also if more then 1 person attacks the same target all RP's are nullified for that kill, so you only get rewards for solo kills, making it mutually beneficial to everyone not to interfere with other peoples fights.

Btw I still don't see how removing aoe CC will turn RvR into zerging. fg - fg action will build on more skills than just first aoeCC, so will be more fun. Makes no sense to say people will suddenly move in 5fg when they cannot cast or suffer from aoe CC.

1. Remove advanced evade
2. Put Savages on hybrid RA table
3. Give SB/NS 2.5 Spec pnts or lower Inf to 2.2
4. Remove all Instas
5. Remove Det lvl 4/5
6. Cap Resists at 35% inc buffs (not racial)
7. Make mages 10% bonus immune to CC
8. Make tanks 10% bonus to melle
9. Remove Milegates
10. Make all keeps have the same amount of climb points
11. Make Buffs ranged

That`ll do for now :)

A ruin all realms can enter where full groups will have a hard time to function in, take some of the stealthers from Emain and makes a nice change in the scenary :)

1. Make all buffs in a full grp drop if they are too close to another full grp from the same realm. Not instant, but long enough so one grp can take another way (prevent zerg).
2. Remove insta ae CC.
3. Determination :eek:
4. Give a forth "realm frontier" to fight in to prevent everyone to go emain all the time which got mobs that drop good stuff (kinda like the BG2 event thing).
5. Make it a limited number of <realm> to join another realm, but unlimited in their own.

The problem in this game atm is not classes/ra's etc. It's the population. We got way to many fighting in emain at once, and therefor we got ourself lots of zergs. Zergs have ruined the game, nothing else.

3 fg > 1 fg nomatter what skill.. :(

6. Random kick 50% of the players on Exc! :great:

if insta cc was removed id like to see speeded up CC spells for bard/healer and sorc mezz reduced back to 1500 and mezz reduction removed ;) as these were given as an alternative to insta cc
