he was probably just debuffed by a champ (dex/qui and attack speed) so his cap rises a lot. then you see the people he hits all have *really* bad resists and not one of em is worth full rps.. leading one to believe they're non-50s in crappy armour (so you hit near cap almost every hit on them). I can hit low cons for 648 (my anni cap) and I've 165 base qui and only using a 5.2 speed weapon, a debuffed poler using a 6.0 speed one should have a cap near 900 for sure tbh. (oh and before you all cry nerf she's got a 648 dmg cap!!!!!
I only do like 180-300 dmg excluding crits)
