I used to mess about with the skins but when 1.5 came out and reset all the skins (player and guns) I never bother changing again.
the World view of the weapons is still the skins I changed - the others are default.
For player skins, I use (i think its minmodels) option so that ALL skins are the same, regardless of what the player has selected.

Those models are lame and stick out past certain objects.
Model changing is definitely not allowed, skin changing I can live with as long as its within the realistic boundaries, but model changing is too exploitable.
I used to get shit fps and used those models, but noticed them sticking out in places, I then removed them and went back to normal models and used gl_max_size 256, to reduce them from the high res texture set that they started using
Btw guys, I've been removed from BWCS Adminship so I'll no longer be able to help you with anything adminwise. I dont agree with the reasoning and most of you probably know what its about, I'm not going into it so just make up your own minds or do whatever...
A bring skyler back to adminship petition would be cool tho ;p

Played CS, Pitt/KhAoS thought I was LAN spotting, KhAoS made a demo (of me dying), sent it to zappeh, zap thought they were right and banned me. I complained because the demo showed nothing conclusive either way, zap disagreed, I started to pick holes in zappehs judgement on other matters because I was annoyed, so he removed me
Thats basically the short story, I aint posting it again

Well I must admit I play cs much more than I play Dod, which is wierd really as Im much better at the former thsn the latter.
However if you got Ase put me name in it Ill turn up sooner or later, if you let me know the exact name you use ill do the same, sooner or later you'll have a throd descend on you, never a nice occurance

Playing on a LAN, and when one is dead, spotting for the other. Only someone with RCON can check the IP's to confirm. But I'll let it lie for Skyler's sake.

imo it is cheating Yuck, it gives an unfair advantage, same as RW or a3d, but they are all very hard to proove.
Unfortunately everyones views all those 3 differ, but the majority of all the cs communities agree that RW/Lan Spotting on publics, and using a3d 2.0 anywhere in CS give unfair advantages and therefore are cheats
They are all very similar things too, they all give you an unfair way of knowing where the enemy will come, spotting can give cross map info, to give a significant advantage, and a3d sound doubles the distance you normally hear sounds from, in some cases you can even hear people buy guns at spawn with it, you can call rushes from a huge distance and have a major advantage in clan games, something which spotting cant give you as chasecam is on. All forms of unfair advantages, and all hard to proove.
