Piety - Acuity.. same?

Are Piety and Acuity the same thing for Runemasters? For example is Acuity overcap same as Piety overcap or are they 2 completely different things?

accuity is int for casters and piety for healing classes ect, it applies to the stat that raises powerpool/damage

So in my RM template if i have like 25 Acuity on items do i only need to put 50 piety on or does the 25acuity + the 75 on the cap = 100?

Acuity is a variable stat for whichever happens to be the main casting stat for your class. For a RM this is indeed Piety and you should read all references to Acuity as actually reading Piety.
If you have a +25 Acuity item then you only need an additional +50 Piety to reach your normal cap.
