Of course it is, but they still won't do anything, only case they will actually jump in and SHOCK! delete items (you won't get stuff back, only if the thief decides to use common sense and give them back) is when someone out of your grp picks up artifacts without an owner tag set (like gov)

the fact you AGREED to trade (daoc trade requires BOTH parties accepting) means that you gave him the equipment with your consent.... he could sell it to the arrow merchant in cots for all they care! the fact is u Agreed to trade the items and as a result THEY cannot help you get it back.
