All we need to do is get Fusion working, Hydrogen Fuel Cells perfected, and the world will be a nicer and better place.

easy peasy then :( especially since it seems the idea of a Fusion reactor sounds nice on paper im just wondering if its impossible...

Well, Mr Brown thinks we should have a huge amount of tax on fuel.
He also thinks it will be a great idea to borrow billions (by the time its paid back) to support whatever stuff it is this week in Africa.
Meanwhile, this country gets worse and worse.
Am I the only one who thinks the africans should sort their own shit out, and let us sort ours? A decrease in tax on fuel would be a start ...

More to the point, why is a Scottishman in charge of English finances? Everyone knows that you can't slide a fiver between the cheeks of the arse of a Scot.

Filled up the other day at my 'local' service station (which is a joke as they all closed down once a motorway service station opened up nearby) - 98.9p a litre. Thankfully I saw this coming and ditched my 2.0L GTi for a 1.3L town car. It may look like my girlfriends car but its a small price to pay for having some money in my pocket.

Long before the oil runs out we'll have gone over to massive use of Nuclear power stations and will end up driving electric cars.

Despite its many detractors and the very real problems with nuclear power it has the advantage that there is no shortage of it - its far more energy effecient than any other form of power generation.

Anyone who believes wind power is the wave of the future is on drugs...

Convertible though... and not in the sense it can be converted into a small cube after being ploughed into an immovable object :p

Apart from the NIMBY factor nuclear is great. There's literally stupid amounts of energy in the earth's uranium deposits after all.
There's also the bonus that it produces a small amount of highly toxic waste, rather than spewing billions of tons of crap out and polluting the entire planet.

95.9 for unleaded at Tesco in Abingdon, 92.9 for unleaded in Swindon.

Swindon's always been cheaper for petrol than Oxfordshire for some reason. I've seen prices of £1.07+ and some places aren't even displaying their prices on the signs anymore...

Lovely that petrol prices suddenly rise when I start college and need money for petrol... goodbye beer money.

My car does 0-60 in late 5 secs, and 35mpg on the commute.

TBH I'm not really bothered about cars. As long as its reliable and gets me from point A to point B I'm happy. I've not had a second hand car since the 80's, had too many mechanical/running problems with them. I'd much rather spend my cash on a new car and have money left for myself, my house and my place in Turkey.

Sure its nice to have a quick car but there are more important things to me ;)

Woah that's a bit personal isn't it? I mean you might drive a bird's car, live in the shittest city on the planet, follow a religion that's all a lie and follow a team that no-one would notice if they vanished but jeez. There's no need to take all that bitterness out on people who made better lifestyle choices than you know is it? No wonder no-one likes you, you sound like a right bitter ole Brummie.

Oh and you clearly want my cock.
