Perfected Armor Patterns

I know this might not be the right place to post this, but I just got back from a break, and im not sure how many people read the Glastonbury section and/or Prydwen/Excalibur section, thats why im posting it here.

Where in Albion can I find Perfected Armor Patterns?

Some say PoC, but I heard they drop varries places....
