open for all,, everybody can invite members to guild.
xp times? daily? weekly?
its good to be realm someone or many have experience so dont need spend time for looking xp spots.

But we could always make the guild tonight with only a few, set all priveliges so everyone is an officer/ can invite etc, then people can go off and /level their alts on Pryd, but the guild would be up and running for when the invasion starts.
