[8-06-2006] Reopening of the servers

Tests are over and you can now access the servers. Please make sure you read what follows beforehand :
A few bugs have already been spotted on the American servers, but should you discover others, don't hesitate to notify our customer support or contact a Community Manager as soon as possible.
- The information associated to certain new Valkyrie styles' effects are imprecise (especially mana drain styles), however these styles' effects work perfectly.
- The server's name, attached to the character's name, will appear when a player speaks on his guild, officer and alliance channels, this server being clustered or not.
- On clustered servers : certain guild information like for instance guild guards' death alerts, don't appear correctly for players belonging to a guild when its original server is different from the character's original server. This will be corrected in the next version.

A few fixes have already been run :
From version 1.84 :
- Vendo footmen now give objects corresponding to their level when they die.
- It will now be possible to normally complete the "Become a Scout Master" quest by retrieving the object mentioned in the quest log by killing goblin scouts.
- The "Defender's Rage" Armsmen style was wrong in 1.83. It has been changed in anticipation of the next version of the game. The opening of the style is now a front positional and its effect is the reduction of the attack speed of the target. However, the icon associated to this effect will not correctly indicate this modification untill the next version.

Additional fixes :
- Trainers of the basic classes now correctly indicate to characters who used the /level command the various specialisation lines they can choose at level 5.
- Some Animists' or Bonedancers' absorption spells indicated false information in the system window of the target of the spell. This has been fixed.
- Master Narudos now takes back the Counterspell Staff at the last step of the Albion epic quest : "The Web and the Weaver".

We remind you again that it is better to use a classic interface if your customised interface has not yet been updated by its creator and some firewalls will also need to have their access parameters modified so that the new version is authorised to access the internet connection.

You can now all get aboard version 1.83. Have a nice game !

Xalin, can you shorten the name of Glastonbury temporarily to 10-letters so we can use /rpfilter to change the guild chat to something less annoying?

Can you rp filter it in parts? For example /rpfilter Glaston g /rpfilter bury b?

Seem to remember my various dragon rpfilters kick in on partial words (might be better to make it nbury and Glasto to stop it filtering Hurbury etc )

Oh and small bug, but one thats getting on my nerves and I havent seen listed.. The animations for warlock bubbles seems to have been messed up. They used to circle around my head in a smooth way that was kinda hypnotic to watch, now they judder and skip to random angles in various ways depending on what animations im doing and even when still.

Give me back my smooth balls please
