No need to run, even the DAoC mods have left this forsaken place.

As for calling over your fellow general forumers, I think you'd been in for a shock, the people of DAoC are (its quite obvious) geeks, we would happily go to war in a flame thread and win, mainly because half of us (not me) have no jobs or lifves and will quite willingly stay up throughout the night, following day and perhaps the next month just to ensure that we won the arguement.

Ah, now I see why your reading the Battleground forums of DAoC, just been on the forum which you so skillfully mod. All of 1 person there (I added together all the people in the subsections too).

That must really be hard, all that modding to be doing...

As stated before, I found this thread while looking for something else.

You fail to realise, the less I have to do the better I'm doing. Nobody posts shit in my forums, for the following reasons:

1. It is a technical forum, thus tards and general chatter is kept out and normally ends up in the General forum.
2. I delete any rubbish or move it.

We DAoC mods haven't forsaken you. It's called keeping a tactical distance :)

And you need to chill out a bit. Embattle just said "sad", which admittedly isn't going to get him a job as a peace embassador, but you have far worse trolls lurking in your midst than this :) So no more waving pointey swords around, Monsieur Heinrich. And to Embattles credit, he's tried to play it down and be civil, where you guys seem to want to Rah and Grr.

Embattle can be very helpful (I still remembered the time when I was new and I PMed him in a panic after downloading a virus onto Kenny's PC -double doh- and he was nice enough to help me, total stranger woman, out, so he can't be Satan).

So can we put away the weaponry and be nice? We can even knit Embattle a chain mail thong and make him an honoury DAoC geek for a while :)

Yes, I am sorry, he did seem quite nice and he was pleasant in our brief chat in the general forum. However it seems that flaming is always something that human beings enjoy and perhaps I went to far insulting his forum. Its a lovely forum really.

Sorry, Damini, he just.. well I would say "rubbed me up the wrong way" but no doubt it would get misinterpreted...

He just annoyed me... I guess he's just one of these people that can get rather annoying at times. I'm sure he's one of the nicest people around if you're on his good side..

And to my credit, I haven't once been uncivil I don't think. Maybe others have been, but I've never said "Rah" or "Grr" :)

I just don't like people coming out of nowhere and passing judgement on me - whether it be calling me sad, or worse things. He doesn't know me, and while he is perfectly entitled to his opinion, in my opinion that's pathetic. Now if that's me being uncivil, so be it. I don't think it is - but then I wouldn't! :p

Anyhow, it's over, I shan't reply to any more of his posts. If he wants to continue posting here, he can do, I certainly can't stop him and wouldn't if I could.

Now let's all have some :wub: and settle down... :)

The character I play most is either Benvolio or...STUUUPENDOUS MAN!!
My turn ons include contradictions, boobehs and ... that's it.
My turn offs include pretty much everything else.
My favourite colour is black (cos it's sinister like)
My favourite death threat is 'I will go back in time and push your granny down the stairs when she was pregnant with your mum!'

I think that should cover any past and future questions. :)
