nope same level as the final artifact..

looks like some encounters where the loot doesn't drop from the monster but is auto-placed allow someone else to run in and steal it - not good.

For those items whoever picks them up finds them in their inventories. Would post a list of ones I know but wouldn't want to encounrage this kind of behaviour.

It's just sad that this forces people to appear 'selfish' in not letting people they don't know join in for credit which makes Albion a worse place for us all

This is a no win situation really, I have asked for BG access several times mid way through an encounter and been given it, I have asked during that whether they wanted me to take part or sit back and just get credit mixed response..

I would hate to see people refusing others access to a BG because of some thief named and shamed here.

I dont think this is wide spread yet, I mean what do people have to gain ? Your game is over, all chars gone the only object can be to fuck people over?.

To the thieves out there: "May the fleas of a thousand camels infest your arse".

What I would like to see is hard proof that somebody like this moron has actually been sorted out, chars deleted or whatever is the norm, Rather than to see and hear "We will take action" etc etc.

How long does he have the account of Galoecjunior ? Because last nite, Galoecjunior acted as a contactofficer of CoZ about this matter...

Couple of months now and Galoec has never been a officer for Zak. After this incident of course all of his characters (including Galoecjunior) have been removed from the guild.

Thank you for your recent report. I have read the thread you linked to, seen the screenshots and checked the server logs. Firstly, let me say that there is no bug here. Guard of Valour can be picked up by anybody and does not go to the bg treasurer like other drops. This is something that Mythic may change in the future but for now it is not considered a bug.
Secondly, as you know we take firm action against artifact stealing as it is a breach of the Code of Conduct. This situation however is different to others that you may have heard about recently. Firstly Parnelion was in the encounter from the start and can be considered to have helped defeat the mob. From a Code of Conduct point of view, he has not therefore stolen anything. If you had an agreement whereby the loot would be distributed a certain way or that he should not recieve certain items, then that is an issue between your party and him and not something that we at Goa can enforce. I understand that this is frustrating for you, however this is a situation where he has not broken any of our rules, but he may have broken the community rules and if that is the case he should be dealt with by the community accordingly.

Thats about right and infact Gal had not been playing for a while before that. This kinda thing winds me up because others that just want the credit from an encounter will be told no now because of someone who is a complete and utter twat.

I second that, and rest assured he has pissed off me too, considering I was the waiting at the night camp incase you guys couldn't get him down on the day camp, we'd have probably have gotten that same parnelion reaction from the night camp.

I can also, safely say, that this does not reflect on the general attitude of any other Zak member.

Well, I will do whatever is in my power to work against Parnelion in every conceivable way I can think of, and I would recommend all Albs who read this to do the same. Pass the information along that the following chars, Parnelion/Keecuala/Isof/Carean/Galoecjunior (according to Acei), should be shunned at all cost. Furthermore, since Havoc is obviously harboring this lowlife, I'd extend the same courtesy to that guild as well (Havoc has had a tarnished reputation from day one).

I had a long talk about parnelion last night and this day about what he had done ...
He regret what he had done but he was unfortunate to return the artifact because he already activated it...

He realised how much grief he caused and he is apoligized himself to me and we worked things out

I forgive him therefore and I am willing to give him another chance...

I hope that others will follow my example and try to give him a chance to clean up his mistake...

Because now he witnested the wraith of the community and I dont think he wants to witness that again

I for sure was really suprise and amazed by the support and help i got in the community
