Confused Outlook 2010

For some reason my Outlook has started opening in safe mode, which means it has defaulted back to it original settings, so I have bring up the reading pane everytime and the screen is full of shit that I have normally got rid of.

Ive had a few boot problems just lately where when the pc starts up it tries to boot from the cd drive, so I have to go into the boot menu and change it, which works for a week or so but then it does it again.

Although the Outlook has only just started doing it this week

Any ideas?

That is a Windows update that has fucked you mate you just need to uninstall it. Ends 4409 if I remember right.

Edit. It is update KB3114409 uninstall and hide that update.

That's better, uninstalled it and rebooted and its all back to normal now, thanks @soze

Seems MS knew there was a problem with it and its since been pulled, I must have caught it before they removed it
