Two 30 inch monitors are needed there so your desk does not look silly. The missus should buy that!

Maybe this photo illustrates the problem better :) It's called the rest of the spare room.

Soze, good idea mate!

I will pay you ten pounds if you show us a video of you shooting the crap out of that tiny monitor, in a field somewhere. You could end it by saying "badgers, you're next".

Is that benelli gray thingy movable? If so, turn the brown cabinet 90 degrees as it seems to fit the space between the backwall and table perfectly. Then turn the white thingydoodaa to where the brown one is now and you should have "more space" and no movement issues. The brown one would also work as a computer accessory top.

Not sure on the perspective but the brown cabinet might fit even if the benelli thing isn't movable :p

Jeez, almost forgot what passes for a room in the UK! Like a wardrobe but with one door and a window.

I think gun safes have to be screwed to the wall in a fairly hardcore way so probably not easily moveable.

Wasn't mean like that at all, just remember estate agents trying to pass off ridiculously small rooms as a 4th bedroom when you could not even fit a standard 6ft bed in it. Attempt at humour failed. I'm not fucking rich either, I earn decent money but I've worked bloody hard to get it.

It has to be fixed to an outside wall, and that's the only one :(

As far as the size of the room, my house is a 1950's ex council house, it has two quite large bedrooms and one tiny one, i.e. this one. And it's what I've got ...

You failed to point out the sticker is still on the desk.

II need a new desk. I like the thinking behind using it to fit a larger monitor too.

Pointless desk size given what you've got on it, you'd never need such a desk unless you run multiple 24"+ monitors.
