heh, what u on now Teador.. most ppl that have grapple and low offence use it, not just hibs you know. And many already "abuse" 28buffbug so.. wouldnt be the end of the world if you also did it, one more, one less, who cares? As Maleg also pointed out, his maintoon (now retired for the time beeing) is a druid that doesnt have access to grapple at all. You also seem to draw the conclusion that Maleg's initial post was 100% serious, if you look at it abit closer, you can see alittle smilie in the end of it. Now read his post again and try to see the smilie and you might draw the conclusion that he wasnt serious, I read it as a joke and nothing but a joke actually..
If I had a really bad day, and read his post fast and had nothing else to get upset over or simply was searching for something to pick on to print down a little flame and enjoy myself with some antfucking then I would _maybe_ post something like your post, but I dont think I would. Meaningless little petty flames with no real essence isnt my style.
Anyhow!, what I'm trying to say is, if you are gonna flame, do it with a better judgement so it actually mean something, I know you can do better

And still, everybody with a weak offence that have access to grapple, will grapple. You cant in any way deny that tbh, I've been grappled lots by albs, as a caster

Regarding Quin, Ive played with him too and I find him to be a good warden judging someone from a fight, that didnt go very well and is lost (perhaps due to poor playing maybe? hmm.. ) isnt really fair, one can say pretty much everyone on Prydwen play shit sometimes, including you Teador. Its human to play shit now and then

Quinlan is a fine player, tho if you ask him about how he feels having to be a grapple bot you'll find he feels very similarily to what aussie said. He hates not being able to do anything but grapple dreami these days. It's the best thing for the group so he does it, but he sure as heck isn't proud of it :I

Nothing personal. However Quinlan is a dam fine Warden (and player), was before ToA and is after ToA. You've played Hib, you know Wardens are good for healing or interupts. Basically ToA has turned them into BG / Grapple monkeys, I'm sure Quin would prefer to do something else other that this but he will play his classes strongest abilitys, would be stupid not to.

Anyhow Quins more than capable of defending himself so I'll shut up now.

If you manage to annoy your enemy you are fairly sure doing something right Grapple and BG are very effective tools so would be just plain stupid not to use them.

Thing is you can grapple all day long with pbt going and your opponent can do bugger all about it. If there was a 3-5 second immunity at least you could dash from that 150 range.......

Malev is SPOT on here. If you let Dreami run arround forever you loose 100% of the fights. Against PE you have to keep dreami busy and the rest of the group kills the rest. It is a tactic that works (now and then).

I dont like grappling dreami all the time and neither does dreami.

I play with the tools i got on my warden and the casters i normally work with seem more then happy. The people who say i play bad. A well..bet we killed them in rvr to much The people that matter know better.

Havent seen the movie but i think i know which one it is. Alot of the fights i had with PE lately been good fun. You loose some you win some.
