so, in answer to your question, no i won't be organising a sidi raid - when i go, it won't be amongst a bunch of drop-hungry kids either...

Me and Elementalistx did try to get in once, not long after it appeared - we tried climbing all the way up the rocks, so we didnt upset the ugly buggers on the ramp - didnt get far mind you, but got some cool piccis

Thats not really the point ^^, and no they cant. Just getting inside is the hardest part.

Red Shadows Alliance (Mid/Excal) has regular raids every week, we done TG the other week, Larnviduirs lair too, hell we even slayed the Glacier Giant last saturday, its not about uber drops for us, its just for fun, yes FUN a word slowly becoming extinct in the DAoC world!!!!

Some of the drops are worth it just for the funky names too (imo)...like Iarnvidiur's big hammer that was called a "Trophy from a Hand of Thor". Uber stats? No, but they weren't crap either, and it definitely had novelty value.
Above all, it was fun and if you're not having fun, you have to ask yourself - wtf am I doing?
