Well, at a quick look through, to me it looked like 28 times you didn't do damage due to target not in view or out of range, and a further 4 misses due to strafing in combat.

And that's only counting times where you had already caught up with your target (not times where you were in combat before reaching them, or when you were CCd).


edit: Haven't got time to check exactly, but that was around 30-40% of combat rounds you failed to damage your target purely because you didn't use /stick. Saying that it makes you more skilled if you don't use it is a bit silly imo.

im sure your grp would agree as thier cleric dies to the savage you 'could' have PFd ;P

what i mean is, its easier in mid to have 2 MAs (savage + zerk, and savage + skald) as savage dmg output is significantly higher

it makes taking down key classes faster.

they still need to assist, but not to the same extent

Ok that explains a few situations, but doesn't explain why only 1 savage was hitting our mins, and only 1 savage was hitting the tank in the alb zerg fight, and why sushii was the only one chasing me in the last fight.

I have also heard mids say that a skald is better off interupting others with dd's than assisting, but I guess that depends on the group.

Anyway the video was just a bit of fun from a couple of days of rvr, try not to take it too seriously

a minstrel is the most painful thing that can start fucking with a healer, savages have a 9 sec side stun, the minstrel wasnt stun immune. And you say you die to a savage before you can do anything, so poon+mumin should be quite sufficient then? There are times when you should assist and times when you shouldnt. Stick MA and always assist is just a general rule of thumb, some situations it is actually better to not assist. Then again everyone gets lazy, if it is a fight you can win by performing 70% theres no reason to push 110% .

Yes the video wasn't perfect play from everyone, yes we didnt have the perfect group, but fuck that it was some fun fights, which I might add we won.

You can carry on posting your crap where you don't even get hit once and win easily but I prefer a video where both sides take casualties and the fight can turn at any moment.

Well if I can get a damn way to capture video's then I can show you a perfect rvr video

To Fatality:

Do not use puncture it's like 0.30 growth rate :/

Maybe adjust quickbar to something like:

Sting/Peirce/Dual shadows/Flank/Shadow's Rain

Would do good damage if you land those styles often.
