Quick question about dock software. Im using aqua dock, I'm hoping one of you, probably Sar, will have used all the alternatives out there and be able to tell me which is the best.

Dock software is nice for a while. But after a few weeks I found myself not using it at all.

I haven't installed any dok or theme software on this XP install since the re-format (about 3 weeks ago), so my DT is still the same as the last one I posted.

I ended up the last time with ObjectDock, as FBM said. It's free and works well.

Feels like I was in the dark ages using aqua dock, objectdock is so much better. It doesnt annoy me when I'm running things fullscreen and it looks very nice indeed.

She certainly is a bit tasty like. Curvy and has that 'girl next door' look that makes you want to rub one out all over her face, bless.

It was just an image I found on some random picture site (http://www.boneyourmother.com/, wallpaper is #469) and liked the look of. Increased the contrast and brightness a little then expanded the canvas area to fit me screen.

Couldn't say where it was from originally, would have liked to see more of them too :/ Suppose a search for neon body art might bring something similar up though.

Aye, I did the bg in PS in about 10mins, and put that in for the icons I need on the DT, in an effort to help me keep it tidy :)

Here's my new one. It'll have overwritten my last one and be showing back there anyway, but still :)

Energy Bliss / Royale

Hi guys

Just passing through :) The theme below, left intentionally stark, is actually an official Microsoft creation entitled 'Energy Bliss'/'Royale' for Tablet PC 2005. You can download the theme and wallpaper directly from Microsoft. As you can no doubt tell, it's really Luna Bliss meets Microsoft's later metallic/glass Corona styling and such.

Because most of us are not running Tablet PC 2005, you'll need to open the file in WinRAR or the likes as instructed in this Neowin thread, or download the 'Royale.zip' file located in one of the comments. Anyway, since it's an official Microsoft theme you need not actually have a patched uxtheme.dll.

Hope you're all well.

Kind Regards

My apologies, it seems my server's hotlink protection was being a tad too enthusiastic in blocking my images. All fixed now. Whilst I'm on, Microsoft have (a little while back now) released a Clear Type Tuning Power Toy for the Windows XP control panel, so as to save using the old web interface to configure it.

Kind Regards

That theme is well nice. Thanks for the heads up Jonty.

One question though on my laptop the icons on my desktop have like a faded area on them which really stands out. Its really annoying and I cant seem to hide it.

Ideas?
