ObjectDock, it's a free download from http://www.stardock.com

It has an option to remove/hide the taskbar, and you can get the startmenu docklet from www.wincustomize.com

SP 2 has killed my themes. Tried repatching the theme dll, but I cant get them working. HELPPPP!!!!

It's a theme called Last Moments that you can download for astonshell. Somebody linked to it in IRC yesterday and not only does it make windows gui prettier but it reduces the memory that it uses.

Only a 30-day trial before you have to pay though
