Well, here's the latest one.

  • Theme is StudioTwentyEight v3 (with curves)
  • Icons are Snow E 2, and I've done most of the system with them.
  • Desktop background is "Techno Ring Glow (Blue)" from DeviantArt.
  • Dock is Yz'Dock, as ever. There's Yz'Shadow running a well. Aside from all that the system is running pretty tidy.
  • Firefox is running on the default due to no-one having updated the Snow theme. ;)
That's about it really.

Here's a slightly different stint on the desktop - the HTPC front end (like XP Media Center Edition) that I have that loads up on a different profile. Everything is controlled and selected via remote control.

What's wrong with PNG is that it results in rather larger files than JPG. Hence it isn't the best format to post high-resolution screenies on a Web forum. (If you take a look, you will notice that while the average screenshot is about 120k, SK's screenie is 800k)

This isn't really the best thread for a 56k dude anyway, it shouldn't be too much of a bother to broadband guys.

Hmm. Object Dock runs really slowly after playing an OpenGL game :(

Anyone know how to fix that bug thing in objectdock, that makes it go jerky after playing games?

*Don't play games*

been too long since I posted one...

the reskinning of Firefox isn't quite finished, but I've gotten it using a different skin to the rest of XP finally, same with MSN. The XP skin is a cobalt clone (longhorn), again a few bugs, but I fancied a change from the bloo. Oh and the backdrop is just one of my macro photos of the underside of an A64-3200+.

MotoGP is a lot of fun if you enjoy motor bike racing. The faster you go things seem to narrow as your "Peripheral vision" gets blurry!

Oh and the best thing about it was I beat Ono every time I played against him....even thought he's practiced for ages! :D
