well actually by now most have posted, exept wonk ?
Is he quiet for a reason or just inactive?

As he's confirmed, so the game could start, can we asume that he'd been more active if he'd resived a "fun role"
mafia, special role ect

so is it productive to lynch him for being inactive ?
I'm guessing he's not mafia but arg! /shrug
my head hurts from thinking

I think Amanita and Wonk are the only people who haven't said anything yet.

Calm down folks - I've had a long day, and I didn't really see it was "up there" :)

Im torn between two people right now. Vasc is not one of them. He's just eager to get it started.

Vote, no lynch

I'll wait and see whether my theories are true. I'd rather not end up like Vasc.

Well, good points all around, especially killing someone who hasn't peeped one word. But i'd rather still keep my vote, as i do believe Vasc is mafia, just, the whole "it's too ******d to not be mafia" conandrum in my head.

*looks at the quiet houses*

Although, it would be sinfully easy wouldn't it?

Ah yes, Vasc i know it's a slippery slope to go down, and yes, it's VERY possible you're just doing what i did and bringing some life to this sleepy town, but, i don't know, someone tell me i'm just imagining it and it's all pure and innocent? 'cause something just rubs me the wrong way about it. Mostly the REALLY early vote.

Though i still think we shouldn't rely on the night telling us more, even if hanging an innocent isn't very up on my list of "things to do" either.

I've had a long day - what's your excuse for waking up so early and vote, huh? huh? huh?

Work. And i didn't vote early, i voted after a long while thank you very much.

And i didn't say "lynch wonk!", just saying it's tempting to vote for someone who isn't saying anything and seemingly hiding.

(by the way kirennia, i'm roleplaying too, just sometimes i slip up and say things like "game" and "post", msotly i try to keep in a role though)

What? can you blame me for being a bit suspectful?

First you throw Levin an evil eye, then nothing happens.
Then i throw my evil eye at you, and people jump on it.
Then for some reason Olgaline just back out, no reasoning, almost like trying to make the others look more guilty without drawing attention.
Then Levin unvotes you, and you unvote Levin.

Am i the only one who sees a bit of oddity in this?

I know what you mean Tohtori... there is *something* about Vasc that's not right, but i'm not sure if he's mafia or something else. It just feels like anyone who votes for someone on day one, and that guy ends up innocently lynched.. all those who voted get targetted next simply for taking a chance.

But it really does feel like we're stuck here. I wouldn't be surprised if we'll see a deadline soon.. and that's even before everyone has spoken up!

Could we have a votecount again?

True, true, that was my mistake. It was the unvoting of no lynching that confused me.

And if you agree with someone, you're bound to be in kahootch, and if you disagree and don't say anything, you're probably guilty. Unless you DO speak, then you're most definetaly guilty.

My head hurts too.

I'm thinking there's going to be, most likely, a no lynch situation, followed by a "non met deadline"(ironic deadline by the way) as a second option. Unless we vote for Amanita, but knowing how it goes, Amanitas probably innocent and just couldn't come out of the house due to a cold or some such.

Votecount
Day: Day 1

Vasconcelos - 2 - (Old.Tohtori, Lethul)
Lethul - 1 - (Rubric)

No Lynch - 3 - (English, Kirennia, Wonk)

Not voting yet: 7 - (Vasconcelos, Levin, Amanita, Olgaline, Cerb, Invisibletank)

With 13 alive, it takes 7 to lynch

Won't impose deadline as long as discussing is active. And we are just 1 day into this game, or is it 2? Pretty strong going for that short time.

Now that i look at things, there's o many people that seem guilty, which in kind, makes them less guilty. If you know what i mean?

Me for one, as i've been outspoken aswell as Vasc. Which might just be talking, or a babblecoverup.

Olga and Levin seem to be "poking" the discussion one way or the other. But, then again they are just giving feeedback?

Rubric, and his lone strange vote towards Lethul, and Lethul not retaliating with a Rubric vote, is suspicious too. But, might be just random.

Amanita is just too quiet. But, might be for good reasons.

Wonk has his suspicions, but for some reason doesn't feel comfortable in disclosing them to the rest of us. Understandable, because then he'd become a target if he was right.

Actually now that i look at it, Rubrics vote towards Lethul looks a wee bit like a "protection" vote. Any comments?

I mean, lethul said barely two words, voted for Vasc when the rest did, and then hen he did, Rubric suddenly makes a "tough call" to vote for him?

I'm not changing my vote, as there's no real need as of yet, but i'm THIS close into escorting Rubric into the gallows.

Then this in your eyes might be a logical move:

VOTE: LETHUL

- Retaliation
- Trying to guard my back from a posible lynch by making it a tie in votes with another person
- Trying to avoid a No Lynch 1st day

:)

Apperently this one did not fall under common sense like I thought it would, as scrolling over the thread I see it done repeatedly by a wide spread of people.

A general rule in mafia games that I did not mention in post #1 is that you NEVER edit your posts. If you made a mistake, even a spelling, you make a new post to correct it.`
It is like when you are speaking. When you have said 1 thing, you cannot go back and change it, even if you said the wrong thing. You can only inform the rest that it was a mistake

Wont do mod-judgement on it this game, as the game has started, just informing people so they can get used to it, as I will have it as a mod-punishable rule from and with next game, as it is a pretty standard rule.

Ah, I'm one of the guilty parties there. My apologies, I had no idea. No editing from now on then!

Me for second, mostly added stuff, but yes, good to know this rule.

Actually yes. That would be mroe towards the "sane" thing to do. Then again, one might think you're doing it just to hang someone, but most of us want to do SOMETHING instead of just waiting like lambs to the slaughter house.

I AM more worried about lethul and rubric being in kahootch, as they seem to do it rather neatly and cleverly so:

Unvote: Vasconcelos
Vote: Lethul

And if you are mafia Vasc i'm so going to spank you.

Well, while we have nothing at all to go on but we still have to get someone, I rather lose someone who's kind of quiet than someone who's active. Sorry Lethul, that's my only reasoning!

Aye, these reasonings wouldn't hold a birthdaycake candle in court, but, if one has to go on something...

It's really hard to take it "out of context", but yes, mighty gigglish indeed and possibly i should edit that as a OT Mafia logo...hm...

I'm afk for a day and suddenly I'm mafia? Pfff
I keep my vote on Vasc cause his sporadic voting almost cost us last game aswell. Even if he is a townie its good to get that behavior out of the game if we wanna win.

while it's fully understandable, I really dont think it will help us in any way - the mafia mofo is probably taking his role a little more serious.

This is true also, as is the "hang someone to take a chance".

It's a tricky situation like i said, if we hang someone and it's an innocent, tomorrow we'll be in the same situation. If we don't hang someone, we'll still be in the same situation as if we had hanged someone innocent.

Taking into account IF night brings no new clues.

The only difference is that if we want to take a chance and maybe get a mafia guy hanged. OR, hope that night brings some clues and then base our next day accordingly. In any case, night will bring another death.

Forgot to mention above that i'm personally more inclined to the "take a chance and maybe find a mafia guy", then just wait. But i guess that comes down to personal preference.

I'm also basing my hanging votes on what i read, see, try to figure out and such, and honestly, Lethul and Rubric, more Rubrics voting Lethul, is really weird.

Whole evening without anyone saying a thing <sighs>. We can't let this timeout; at least vote people, even if it's for a no lynch...
