I am sure you are all anxiously awaiting my pricelist so you can get all your uber highquality gear.

I have been busy at work and thus havent had much time for fletching. Hence, prices will be posted later tonight.

Feel free to flood this thread with orders, I will be fletching all night.

A preliminary hint on prices:

99% duskwood heavy longbow: 800g
99% heavy duskwood shod quarterstaff: 900g
99% heavy duskwood shod staff: 800g
99% light x-bow : 700g

The above prices are subject to being 'balanced' soon, but will have to do for now.

EDIT:
If anyone wanna whine over prices, do so in another thread so I can ignore it.

I'd like to whine about prices. They're too low. At this rate albs might actually be able to buy stuff off you!
I suggest the following:

99% duskwood heavy longbow: 1m
99% heavy duskwood shod quarterstaff: 90p
99% heavy duskwood shod staff: 80p
99% heavy x-bow : 70p

Much better I think you'll find.

Heavy x-bow?

I had believed that the addition in 1.52 was a light crossbow (higher DPS than was previously available but faster speed)

Any comment Odysseus?

As for the pricing whines - unless your offering to make the same item cheaper keep them to yourself.

for 900g i would expect a 100%staff, I for one won't pay that much.

Don't forget it's much easier to craft 100% items in this patch. So it might be worth sorting prices for 100% instead of 99% as a lot of people will likely want 100% gear now.

Danyan the odds of making a masterpiece (ie 100% qual) are still 1 in 50 - thats no easier than in the previous patch.

The change is that the item need not be grey to the crafter to get the chance of making a masterpiece - assuming the crafter has 1000+ skill.

Since people complain at Odysseus's current prices I hate to imagine the reaction to 100% pricing :)

Hmm, well I was basing it off a crafter on gorre who got a masterpiece on the 4th item he made. Might just have been a fluke of course...

Those staffs that you mentioned, are they friar only or can they be used by mages?
If not, whats the best mage-usable staff you can make?

I was thinking about perhaps keeping a couple of high level staffs in the vault to be ready when we get spellcrafting.

heavy shortbows 99% 600g

edit:
Made myself a 100% heavy duskwood longbow yesterday.
I am now the single most hard hitting scout in all of albion hehehe.
Prices on 100% will be sorted, but dont expect them to be cheap AT ALL!
Preliminary investigation suggest 2.5p for 100% hv. dusk shod quarterstaff and 2p for hv. dusk longbow.

These pricer are for a lvl 50 bow, What about a lower lvl heavy bow, 100%, like lvl 43..?

I think you will find most crafters unwilling to do 100% orders... i surely won't.... it's just too much trouble... spending 2-3 days of crafting to get 1 or 2 MP's if unlucky...

Instead, you can expect threads here of crafters auctioning a nice 100% part or a set of 100% armor.

In US they ask 1 plat for 100qua duskwood longbow + 100qua duskwood Huntbow.
some even got theirs for 260g .

and you are asking 2,5plat?
after we gave you like
200g for -lvl 50 bows
500g for you support to 1k fletch (some even more then 1plat)
400g for a Huntbow
1plat for a 98qua Duskwood
another 500g + return of 98qua for the same one but 99qua.

And now when the x-heavy comes you ask again 900g - 2,5 plat

no wonder you have 60plat or so and making 2plat every night
asking minstrels 2,1plat for a 99qua instrument set etc.

no tnx, i'd rather wait till the prices drop again  or Tranq/Cowled get +1k or organise 20 dragonraids to satisfy the lvl 50 scouts you're ripping off.

what will it be when Spellcraft comes. another +1plat for the stats on the bow?
That's like 4-5plat we have to spend for 1 bow.
poor minstrels..... having 3 instruments ,a shield and a weapon to buy

Like I say aussie, got my flute for 150g and a 99% drum for about the same. Handy having my minstrel on a server without rip-off fletchers.

Is that really so hard to understand?

====

As for sub-level 50 items, I must redirect you to Tranquil or Lethander. I simply dont have enough time to do other than duskwood items.

Is anyone able to make Wizzie/Sorcy staffs? If they can, do they come with focus levels?

Sorry, I am a total trade skill n00b and I don't know what class can do what. :s
