I invest much time into my car, too and will sell it sooner or later or even bring it to the scrap yard.
Nope, it's not silly, it's just consistent imho. I deleted a 5L0 shadowblade in march this year, just before i came to Prydwen server from Logres server. I never cried about this char and never regret it. I was asked by someone if i want to have that char restored before a patchday. I was told it was my last chance to get this char back, but i decided to let this char go. It wasn't fun to play this char anymore so why should i keep a toon that i don't enjoy playing with?
It's just a game, remember?

i just hafto say this, and come with a few warnings as an old daoc player thats bored and cheking the forums from a game i USED to play 
Necro is a fine choise of class, unless u like RvR.. most ppl dislike necros when they come to RvR (god know why), and wont grp with u, atlest not when i was playing.
the reason for this is that the necro was "gimped" in most ppl's eyes when it comes to RvR, but a necro is not a gimp.. it has a enormous AF debuff, often gets ignored when it comes to who gets killed first (had alot of fun with this), and the life taps realy aint that bad, and besides, u provide the healers/casters with mana, and the tanks with AF buff.
i remember some of the funniest times i had in RvR was when a AF debuffed troll tanks whent down like a caster, and those healers that didnt know what to do when they got attacked by my power/life tap .
Anyways, this was in the old days, so plz, dont get mad if anything has changed. as i said, i no longer play the game.
PS: most ppl dislike Flesh, duknow if this has changed, but he was a complete idiot when i was playing, and was like the realm "outelaw"

people say but WHY delete 2 lvl 50 chars + numerous alts.
Well the reason is even when playing alts i always sit there and go why am i killing these mobs when i can be rvring/farming for gold and so i would go play with the 50's and nothing ever got leveled.
The other fact is my animist was verdant spec so was mainly a support caster(only one) and my bard was support as well and playing 2 support classes although i enjoy does get a bit tired.
The whole game was sort of getting to be the same i wanted a change and i didnt want too keep on coming back too hibernia prydwen when i needed that boost of 50 playing.
Anyways it is a game and although ill miss all my buddies and chums in hibernia prydwen i now get too spam a whole new load of alliances and wind up a whole new generation of people. AND i get too gank all them scum who never grouped with me because i was verdant spec and i get too kill some people who really did get on my tits.

All the friends I've known who have deleted chars have been like rr6+ and done it for several chars.

Don't like losing good friends from our realm, it truly sucks, as there aren't many. Wonder why

Necro Death Servant or Painworking, Theurgist Ice or Air, Crush merc (not a good choise), theres not that many "unused" specs in albion, or alteast it wasnt when i left.

wtf, theurg wind specced owns, Pbuck's 45wind 26earth 14ice(the best theurg spec no discussion) and he's rr10.. 50 ice theurg would be funny to c, never seen one.. crushmerc is pretty good atm aswell will own in 1.65
