Some people will always find a reason to whine, but it didn't stop Midgard and Hibernia groups to win versus Albion groups when Theurg was at its best.

Fact is that some Albion casters got nerfed in RvR (Sojourner's ML9, Sorc's SoI, Theurg's range/pet amount) while Midgard got their Hybrids boosted (Thane, Valk) and the Spiritmaster became an all-purpose-device suitable for every situation.

You can't really predict what will happen in the 8 vs 8 area with the Origins ruleset, have to wait it out and see.

Yes, but what i'm saying is that they had no choice but to remove it, because if they put in nerfs (such as the ones mentioned) the fan boys will whine like hell. Theurgs pet amount is still stupidl high, let alone what it was before, and the bug with them being able to hit the oil is stupid aswell

2 theu alb groups were definetly harder to fight, but saying they insta win vs all just cause of 2 theus is just silly. :x

Spock thoughts, back from pub.

Reckon pet mincers were 'up there' as an alb interrupt class - both pet and mincer un-CCable with pulsing charm, instas and casting, moc 1 if needed - just are v hard to play with so much going on. Not like theurg when any muppet can cause trouble.

Wonder if theurg dumped cos of the potential to cause mayhem as a lowbie, as mythics stated they want peeps in mainstream RvR ASAP. Any theurg can go around interrupting chain stunning and killing 50ths by around, oh 28th lvl, atm, as long as has enuff PP to spam enuff pets. Theurg can be a pain in the arse for that reason as much as owt else.

Although seems unfair to dump a primary class, many peeps will roll their first class, their 'main' on this server (closest thing to char copy) for the last daoc blast. I'll prolly just roll a ment and would like to see some of the oldskool theurgs rolling them on this server.

My first char was a suppression Runemaster on Cammlan, nearsight and snare nukes could kill higher levels too nicely pre SI.

2nd char was a female hammer Kobold Warrior.
