You can't just blame it on enchanters being overpowered when it's the full range of classes and their group composition which results in their power.

Well, mids have better CC class imo. With insta ae stun and mezz. Bardz have only mez. Both realms have good PBAE. The only difference atm is that we have all power relics. Thats what makes chanters n00k like devils.

Yeah...nerf chanters...

1) Move the heat debuff to the spec line to match all other realm specs. (this may reduce the number of pure manachanters) I think the problem here, is that all spec lines have 3+ things that need advancing...soooo, they put all the resist debuffs into the Mana line... Remove them? And you have only 2 things (PBAE and Pet shield) that can be advanced...um...can't work...sooo, what could they replace it with? Hmm? PBT? You cannot just "(re)move" something like this, you need to find something to replace it with.
2) Fix LoS for ALL classes...oh wait...they're only nerfing pets for now.
3) Slap stupid people for standing next to a PBAEr that has MoC'd and not stunning him. Oh, you don't have stun? Run away!

FGS, some of you just love to whine about anything. Mids are quite efficient at stopping most people PBAE'ing at keeps...maybe go learn from them...

I can't wait till you can no longer target doors/keepers for AE'ing...

There are just so many ways of defeating PBAE in the Lord's room it's not funny. The fact is, is that everyone learns to zerg in the open, so they think it'll work in the Lord's tower. Every realm has PBAE, learn to defeat it, don't whine about it.

And I was talking about the fact that Mids constantly AE the doors, vary their GTAE spots a lot, whereas Albs, well, they just AE the doors a few times, hit nothing, and figure...oh well, no PBAErs... fekking n00bs.

Most people that die to PBAE die because (a) they didn't use anti-PBAE tactics, or (b), tried to zerg the lord's room.

As said before...

Yes you can aedot/aedd the lordroom, but only on Midkeeps(albkeep works too but are not as easy)
Hib keeps doesnt work.

gtaoe could work, but then you would need GTAoE'rs.

In your average pvp group made of random emain lfg'ers though, SoS never really works. It seems most of the time people don't even realise its in effect and chase around trying to hit tanks when they could be busy jumping into pbaoe to break the cc on them. In a proper rvr group who know what they are doing, I guess it can be useful, but what are my chances of getting in such a group when I'm in not a member of an rvr guild. If the enemy doesn't panic and break mezzes on SoS'ed people they have little to worry about. Also the amount of times I've wasted SoS. Seeing a group running in at mach 5 with bard up front, I have no choice but to use it straight away, even if they don't have insta mezz ready and we end up gettting the CC advantage. If I don't cast it before hand, I can get insta mezzed -> stunned -> dead before I can use it. Wish I had the luxury of RR9, but I'm atm if I go for purge now, I'll be 650K rp before I can get IP (and for someone who solo's a lot I'm wanting to get that soonish). Sure it's a damn good RA, but it's not the game winner a lot of people seem to make out in my opinion, taking the full groups knowledge and teamwork to make it work properly (unlike group purge/bof/and the chanter ra which are cast and people can carry on without even realising its there and take the benefits from these)

I have to admit that I havn't ever used SoS in a really good rvr group before so I can't comment on how you use it to it's full in SoTL, but for an average minstrel in an average emain group, it isn't the game winner that group purge etc. seems to be

If caster x activates MoC do this: step away and let him nuke you for 50-0 dmg till he sees he isnt hitting anyone. OR slam/mezz/stun, OR get a ranged dude to kill him.


And to use the most used statement from the vnboards after "NERF X ITS WAY OVERPOWERED"

OH! .. you mean they(as in X caster) would -want- an infiltrator in the grp? them casters would actually ASK me if i would like to join?

All i can think off is the times they -refused- to grp with me as i was lvling up.. and now they need MY help?

well.. if someone says "no we are full" when you ask (politely) for a spot in grp.. and they say no we are full ... and you go away .. past clip stealth and come back.. and watch for a while, and someone else [insert grp friendly class here] and asks the same question (but more like GRP PLZ!!11) .. and they say sure one sec, and he gets.. now -thats- just pathetic ... not taking names .. and that has happened more than once too . IF theyd say no were saving last spot for [class] or something, rather than a blatant lie i wouldnt care, but ... oh well nm...

Hmmm, the time u need to step back u are either dead by the pbaoe, mezzed by their lovely bards or if u manage to step back, what are you going to do ? Target a luri inside a firbolg ? With what, your throwing axe ? Oh no wait, with a bow perhaps, hehe, good one.
