no more RP after you die?

You used to get RP according to how much dmg you did to a person, in a certain timeframe before his death - which meant more XP for leechers.
Now this timer is reset, everytime the person goes to full health - which means more XP to full groups.
Both sytems aren't entirely fair, but life isn't either.

hmm, could have sweared it was my DoTs that killed a person a couple of times though.. still no rp. might have been wrong though..
was this change documented somewhere? I usually read patchnotes 2-3 times, but cant recall anything about this.

I think it's that when you die your damage on a target is removed for purposes of RP. However if your group kills enemies you get RP from their damage still.
They did this because a lot of the rps were going to people who had died long before and were in a completely different zone or whatver.
