What will the BNP do to benefit the National Health Service ? Anyone thought about that ? No. Education ? Public debt ?

Their front man can't even string a sentence together yet you want to vote them in to govern our country ? The BNP are a one-trick pony - immigration. Sure they'll sort that out, but what then ? It'll be a farce

The best way this can end is one of the big 3 see's how popular this is with your everyday guy (not the bnp the immigration issue) and adds it to their campaign. I have my fingers crossed that Lib Dem will give me a reason to vote for them because right now i plan on scrubbing my vote.

It would be a big vote winner if they announced they were going to follow a system like Australia with Visas for everyone. We could still get the skilled labor we need but with screening.

i dont think anyone here has actually stated they want to vote thr BNP in. didnt thadius even say he doesnt want them, but does agree with some things?

but to answer the other questions

ECONOMY : The British National Party
EDUCATION : The British National Party
HEALTH : The British National Party

and you cant come back and say 'the policies are bull shit they wont do any of that', because that applies to any party.

The first quote from the BNp health makes me weep with joy because its true.

We do not need to be told to eat 5 fruit and veg a day, so why pay someone 40 grand a year for that job role?

The NHS is filled with meaningless jobs, high wages but do very little. I have friends who are nurses. They work damn hard, put up with some right shit, get treated like crap and get paid peanuts.

And people wonder why our qualified nursing staff are fleeing to Australia in droves?

Problem with Lib dems is their economic policies are pie in the sky, they would do a worse number on the economy than Brown.

why should law that is OK for islam be OK for britain?
why dont you see buddhists trying to push law on to the country, or any other religious group?
if any particular religion wants to force laws on a country, they should do so in a country that is prepared to be ruled by what ever their religion is.

personally i am against any religion controlling the population, and religion as a whole in general. this isnt the medieval age anymore, and we dont need religion controlling the population.

that isnt an opinion i have recently formed though. i remember in primary school being told i have to pray in assembly and thinking that i dont actually believe in this. why am i being made to do it? youre made to study religion all the way through to the end secondary school which i dont think is right. fair enough if you go to a catholic school, but i never did.

Right I agree with you that politics and religion should not mix, however it always does at some level. People that are religious will have their values influenced by religion, just look at the massive row over abortions and stell sem research in the US over the last few years.

My point was that you can not have a democracy where you silence a group of the population, on one hand Griffin wants his voice heard, on the other he wants to silence British Muslims.

Every citizen of the UK has the right to influence the political process, if Muslim influenced policies are gaining ground, then that is more an indication that they are actually using the political process. If people don't want Sharia law etc, then use the political process to say we don't.

Doesn't it point to a larger problem of apathy within the political process?

What Griffin is saying in effect is, it does not matter if you were born in this country, if you want to use your political voice to campaign for changes his party does not agree with, you will not be allowed to. He would ask you to leave the country.

The only good thing that will ever come out of this resurgence of fascist parties across Europe is a more controlled immigration system, and hopefully lessons learned as the EU gains member states.

That's my problem its time for a change but i would not trust that Conservative pillock with a fiver let alone my country. I would really love the campaigns to be about what they will do rather than lets just bash the other side. Some of the commons debates really to looks like 6 year olds having a fight.

Whoever goes in next is going to have a torrid time, Labour have left the economy in a right state, and it will take tough hard decisions to sort out. Let's face it, we are going to be taxed to high hell whoever comes in next. I'd rather the Tories with the experience of having been there before.

the more important issues; the economy, the war in the Middle East and the environment.

To be fair immigration has a much bigger effect on some peoples lives than the environment/the war etc. It can totally change communities and people should have the right to discuss it without fear.

True, theres something in particular I like on the BNP website as far as immigration goes:

"India would not tolerate millions of non-Indians taking over that society. Pakistan would not tolerate millions of Hindus or Christians entering that country and changing it from a Muslim society into something else. Japan would not do it; China would not do it – so why should Britain?"

And its not like the bnp is saying "oh immigrants will never ever get in here" they'll only allow severe cases to come in most likely those that will be killed if they return to their own countries.

The rest you still can't defend since they pass through alot of safe countries in the EU which they can legally stay in by EU law.

End of the day I have absolutely no problem with people who are going to come to the UK and work for a living/give something back to the country and make an effort to be apart of the country, I really don't like seeing people come here and sit on benefits/not learning a word of english for the rest of their lives - lets face it the tories failed horribly at sorting out immigration let another party have a bash at it to see if they can do any better :p as far as BNPS other policies go some of them have good points and bad points (others parties are no different) most likely the BNP will turn out to be all talk however.

So in short - does it matter who we fucking elect? none of them do what they say they're going to.
