I had 2 drop a week ago, tbh I thought they were crap and sold them to merchants by mistake

33 Utility is nice on a bracer that isnt a unique or prince drop or veiled eyes Also have to take into account what the utility comes from... like the infernal black diamond rings have high utility 36.. but only utility of 28 if you take away the str, which us casters LIKE to have but would prefer int/dex/spell magic/con/hits etc... This bracelet's utility comes from stats all us sorc and bodycabbies WANT to have

I like this one only use it for pve tho cause it has no resists.
