Ah right, im remember a similar debate like the one i said but as I never took part in a single relic raid, on prydwen, i think perhaps i may be wrong (just this once)

i agree with Xoz
the tone of the BG forum, is for the most part, friendly banter, and fun.
there are a few hardcore BG deletes (by that i mean people who play bg again and agian, capping and rerolling).
they are often very skilful, and tehre is a good mix with those, and some newer players, which creates a very nice blend. each realm has its week or fortnight of dominance, but its cyclical.
RvR threads and bullshit about the zerg, or teh gimp, or you pwned me are pointless.
Dannyn and Xanthian, it was an out of the blue, rare, very unlikely to happen again (but if it does so what?) coincidence, no planning, jsut a new experience, where a couple of mids, duelled and emoted a couple of albs...you stumbled in at the wrong time it seems. bad luck.
get over it.
and to ipoc, yes, you ganked me after the duel, well done, one of my favourite mack tactics was to find a wounded tank. thats it, i congratulate the guy who ganked me for a nice kill...............i got him back with a 2 hit zerker kill later on at MB, but thats the fun. you get killed, you come back and get payback.
quit the whining, about cross teaming, or ganking, or whatever, because it just doesnt really hold any water. because its just so damn rare.
remember, variety is the spice of life, and i should add, i have also run around thidranki with a celtic bard, we bowed and didnt attack, it was fun to sit and emote and smoke a pipe and share a tankard of dwarf ale. its all fun, cheer up whiners.

I usually don't get very pissed, but when peeps say that they are better players cause they have a close to 50 or 50 char, that kinda gets me on.
I mean wtf! I played since release and the highest char I had, was a lvl 42.
but before that, I tried numerous other chars. Played almost all kinda of casters, played stealther, "gimped" chars, tanks you name it.
Point is, even if half of all my chars didn't ever see the lights of 20+, I still learned how the game works. And I promise you, that if I would have gone to lvl 40+ with one of my first chars, I would be a gimped arse. Now instead I tried out a lot before I decided to go high lvl. now lookie at that. I know how alb casters work, what spells they have. know some basic tactics of pretty much every darn class. and I'm 'only' 42....
Not saying I'm uber cause I'm far from uber, but I can at least play a lot better than a lot of lvl 50s or just below 50.
Gah sry but that arguement really pisses me off.
well anyways I'll see you out there! Working up a NS now, so if you don't see Azer anymore, look for Wid the ns

ditto seranu, i played an armsman to near 43 and imbetween that time i tryed every single alb class upto level 10 and every mid class except the healer. does that mean i dont know diddly shit cos none of em are 50? doubt it..

Hmm...
I've had a few chars from 40-50...just means I was bored
As for the BG, it does rock. Played the game from the start of the US and last night was my first time in the BG. Was pleasantly surprised
Shall be back there today, just wish my template wasn't so...bad early on

Whoa dude!
Obviously some people arent used to this friendly community that seems to have developed in the BG discussion forum. I think sammies posts were meant more in a humourous tone than an arguementative one and I also think this thread is getting really random and everyone seems to want to insult anyone else for anything.
My contribution to the thread, therefore is:
"Jaffa cakes are actually biscuits but were a giant joke by McVities to have a laugh and see how many people would actually believe they were cakes. Yeah that have sponge but come on, what kind of person would accept a jaffa 'cake' with candles in it on their birthday, I ask you! "

no arespowa has walked around with me on occasion, so has polarma, 2 friendly armsmen. so has a celtic bard called i think "notes" or something.
to be honest, i have little time for you Kra, the tone of our little BG forum is fun and friendly mate, you obviously cant differentiate between that and flames.
if you cant, i think i speak for the masses when i say you should piss off to the RvR forum, where constant flames and whines occur, i feel you will be more at home there.
and just out of a tiny bit of curiousity, since ive now led 2 succesful and 1 failed keep raid, and almost every mid player nows me as a spam yelling but friendly BG player, what is your ingame name? so that i can asses whether you are worthy of a slap on the back and a hand shake or a hmm, comes on here and puts people down, with nothing to back it up. the handshake of friendship is waiting, dont hide behing flames mate, since we are both mids, we are both on the same team right, and yes, you are blind. I AM TEH UB3R B3rZ3rk4H! RAa4aRRr!

cross teaming DOES happen, it is VERY VERY rare, Xanthian was in the wrong place at the wrong time, i sympathise that he as a member of the hibs (least manpower) died, however i point out again that he shot at 4 people, while only grouped with 1 ally, AFTER seeing the 4 people in front of him emoting and being friendly to one another.

My ingame name is Menurs. The healer who wears a set of player crafted armors dyed blue (yes, that includes a helmet, too).
